Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

We offer domestic shipping within the Continental United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the selected method.

Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened retail bottles within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in resellable condition.

  • Items must remain factory sealed where applicable.

To initiate a return, please contact support@irisoud.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Opened fragrances

  • Travel decants (1ml, 5ml, 10ml samples)

  • Clearance or outlet items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
