Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

Free Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via UPS or USPS using ground shipping services, depending on the selected method and destination. Typical delivery within the continental United States is 2–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a shipping issue.

Returns

Retail bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Hand-prepared decants and fragrance samples are final sale due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in resellable condition

  • Items must remain factory sealed where applicable

To initiate a return, please contact support@irisoud.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a shipping issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Opened fragrances

  • Travel decants (1 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml samples)

  • Clearance or outlet items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
