Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened retail bottles within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain factory sealed where applicable.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

The product must be in resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a shipping issue.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a shipping issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Opened fragrances

Travel decants (1 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml samples)

Clearance or outlet items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The shipping box

The shipping label
-
The damaged product
We will review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via UPS or USPS ground services depending on destination and selected method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except in cases of our error, defective product, or carrier-related damage or loss.
Minor carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Address Issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $10 reshipping fee will apply.
If the return is due to a carrier error, we will reship at no additional cost.
